This is the first “draft” of the two part car float I am working on. The idea is to make a single base, and mount it permanently in the modeled water, and have several removable tops. This way the float looks like it is in the water and not on top of it. Having a few tops means once the float is loaded with cars, the top can exchanged with another one, simulating different loads of off line traffic.
