Seagram’s has long since pulled out of this area, and the remaining buildings converted into lofts, which is a good use for the space, at least they weren’t torn down. There used to be two HUGE monolithic buildings here, about 8-10 stories high, all brick, and not a single window in either of them. These were where the spirits were aged. These buildings were torn down, reveling a couple of great looking buildings hidden in behind them. These buildings each had hundreds of windows, which have all been restored and outfitted with these blue shutters.
