Yours truly….

Tim Warris and Brian Ploj a long time ago….

I ran across this picture in an album the other day, and I figured since it has a train in it…..

This picture was taken with an old Kodak 110 format camera, at the CNE grounds in Toronto. I am the one on the right, to my left is Brian Ploj, as kids were were inseperable. We were both train buffs and each had our own “train set”. I recall we could never get them to run properly, so we used to just take the motors out of the engines, and push them. They always ran smooth.

Well, 25 years later, I keep the motors in the engines, but they still run better if you just push them.

If you are using any of our new “TwistTies” laser cut flexible tie strips, chances are Brian is the one who drew them.

  1. I notice you had two comments yesterday. Of course I remember today’s picture and you and Brian as pals. Those were the days with your trains. There has never been a day in your life without trains in it, even as a baby. Remember the tracks behind us in Delhi?
