This bizarre contraption has been sitting in a little bay outside of St. Catherine&#8217;s for several years now.  At one time it was completely planked with wood, but I think it caught fire a few years back.  It actually looks better now.<\/p>\n<p>I think it was supposed to be a restaurant at one time.
